Originally developed as the office building of a large engineering works, the majority of the building is still in office use with the exception of the ground floor.
A large part of the ground floor is leased to a fantastic manufacturer of kilts and highland dress. The remaining area is home to our reception, stair and lift access and a selection of fantastic meeting rooms.
The three upper floors hosts 75 tenants from smaller rooms to large suites.

Park Lane House is based just 1 mile from the city centre — on a nice day it’s a 15-20 minute walk past Glasgow Green, nice.
Bridgeton Train Station is just a few hundred yards away. Or Bellgrove Station is also nearby with a 5-10 minute walk.
