With 5,667 square feet of lettable space and presently occupied by 4 tenants, this is the smallest of our 4 office buildings and certainly the oldest.

An old 1933 aerial picture shows the building as only a two store flat roofed structure linked to a two-bay factory sitting behind it, plus no access from the street. A later 1952 picture shows the building has changed substantially. A second floor and pitched roof have been added and there is a new bay added to the factory behind… and what is now Brook Street Studios has just been constructed but still no Park Lane House or Rogart Street Campus.

Tenants have 24/7 access with CCTV and secure door entry meaning you can safely come and go.

The Galleries on Broad Street is based just 1 mile from the city centre — on a nice day it’s a 15-20 minute walk past Glasgow Green, nice.

Bridgeton Train Station is just a few hundred yards away. Or Bellgrove Station is also nearby with a 5-10 minute walk.

Ample (and free!) on-street parking is available on Broad St and tenants can also park in Park Lane’s private car park.
